All residential window orders are considered final once placed, as they are custom-manufactured specifically for your project and are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Since most of our work are custom orders, we typically cannot change or cancel the order once it is placed. This is why we requested customers to thoroughly review all specifications on the work order before signing acceptance. In special instances, we may be lucky to be able to cancel or change, but this is rare and should not be expected.
